Payment methods and prices

At Home Equation, we are keen to provide a secure, seamless, and flexible shopping experience for our customers. We have provided multiple and reliable payment options that suit your needs, with full commitment to the highest standards of financial security and electronic encryption.

1. Pricing Policy

  • Approved Currency: All prices displayed in the store are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  • Additional Costs: The advertised prices for products do not include shipping costs or delivery fees outside the city of Riyadh, which are calculated separately (if any) and clarified to the customer before completing the final payment process (please review the Shipping and Delivery Policy).

  • Price Updates: We reserve the absolute right to modify product prices at any time without prior notice. However, any change in prices will not affect orders that have been previously confirmed and successfully paid for.

2. Basic Available Payment Methods

To ensure maximum security and convenience, we provide the following electronic payment gateways:

  1. Mada: The Saudi network for secure payments.

  2. Credit Cards: We accept payment via (Visa) and (MasterCard).

  3. Apple Pay: For quick and secure payment via Apple devices.

  4. Direct Bank Transfer: To the establishment's approved account. (The transfer receipt must be attached to confirm the order).

Important Note: Due to the nature of our products (custom manufacturing and international shipping from Turkey), Cash on Delivery (COD) service is not available to ensure the seriousness of orders.

3. Special Orders (Customization / Pre-order)

  • Payment Mechanism: For orders that require special customization or are pre-ordered, a (50%) down payment of the total order value is required to confirm the reservation and begin manufacturing.

  • Remaining Payment: Upon the order's arrival at our warehouses and its readiness for delivery, the customer is obligated to pay the remaining (50%) within (7 days). If this period is exceeded without payment, the establishment has the right to cancel the invoice, apply the cancellation policy, and retain the advance payment.

4. Payment via Installment Services (Tamara / Tabby)

We provide a flexible and convenient payment option through our approved partners, and this service is subject to the terms and conditions of the service provider (such as Tamara), in addition to the following conditions:

  • Refund Mechanism: The value of products purchased using "Tamara" cannot be refunded in cash or via bank transfer or gift cards by Home Equation. Any refund of a financial amount is made exclusively through the customer's account in the "Tamara" application, according to the approved Replacement and Return Policy in our store.

  • Administrative Fees (Tamara):

    • No administrative fees are added when splitting the invoice into (2 or 3 installments).

    • Administrative fees will be added by "Tamara" if the customer chooses to split the invoice into (4 installments or more).

    • These administrative fees are added directly upon completing the payment on the Tamara page/application.

    • Important: Administrative fees are strictly non-refundable in the event of order cancellation or return, as they cover the costs associated with processing and executing orders by the service provider.

  • Credit Evaluation and Installments: The invoice value may be divided into unequal installments based on the customer's credit history and credit evaluation with the installment company. (To learn more, please contact the Tamara team directly).

  • Terms of Use (Tamara): The customer must use the mobile number registered in the (Absher) system to complete the purchase successfully.

  • Exclusive Payment Method: The Tamara payment option cannot be combined with any other payment option in the same order. When choosing Tamara, the full invoice value must be paid using this service only.

  • Establishment Disclaimer: The customer is obligated to settle all due payments with the "Tamara" company. Home Equation Company does not bear and will not be responsible for any obligations, claims, late fines, or technical problems that the customer may face and that are related to their account or payment in the Tamara application. For any problem of this type, please contact Tamara customer service directly.

5. Modification of Terms and Conditions

  • Home Equation reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or modify any of the payment options or their terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • All terms and conditions regarding payment and pricing, and their amendments from time to time, are subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and are exclusively subject to the judicial jurisdiction of its courts.
