Shipping and delivery policy

At Home Equation, we fully understand that the journey of acquiring a luxury furniture piece is not complete until it reaches you safely and professionally. To provide maximum transparency and flexibility for our customers in Saudi Arabia, we have clarified the shipping durations and mechanisms based on the type of collection you choose.

1. Preparation and Shipping Timeframe (By Section)

Due to the diversity of our products between ready-to-deliver items and custom-made pieces in Turkey, the shipping and delivery time is determined based on the section from which the purchase was made:

  • First: (Collections Available Now) Section: These pieces are available and ready in our warehouses in Saudi Arabia. They are prepared and delivered to the customer within a maximum of (10 business days) from the date of order confirmation and successful payment.

  • Second: (Collections On Demand) Section: These pieces are meticulously crafted and custom-made for customers in our factories in Turkey, going through two stages:

    • Manufacturing Stage: Takes from (30 to 45 days) to ensure the highest quality standards.

    • International and Local Shipping Stage: The shipping journey from Turkey to the customer takes an additional (20 to 40 days).

    • Total Expected Duration: The total duration from order confirmation to delivery may range from (50 to 85 days). We and our logistics partners make every effort to reduce these durations.

2. Shipping and Delivery Fees

  • Inside Riyadh City: We offer free delivery and installation for all orders exceeding (5000 SAR).

  • Outside Riyadh City: Delivery to neighboring governorates (within 100 km) is available under the same conditions.

  • Rest of KSA Cities: Shipping is available via specialized furniture transport companies. Fees are calculated based on region and order size, requiring prior approval from the establishment.

3. Delivery Appointment Scheduling

  • Prior Communication: Once your order is ready, customer service will contact you (3 days) before the proposed date to confirm delivery.

  • No Response or Cancellation: If uncontactable, the appointment is canceled and must be rescheduled based on the team's availability.

  • Rescheduling Fees: If the team is dispatched but the customer is absent/refuses receipt, a rescheduling fee of (300 SAR) applies for Riyadh. For outside Riyadh, approved shipping fees apply.

4. Delivery Location Requirements (Upper Floors)

  • Delivery is strictly up to the (first floor only) if no suitable freight elevator is available.

  • If the location is on upper floors without a proper elevator, the customer bears the full cost and responsibility of providing external lifting equipment (like cranes).

5. Order Receipt and Signing (Very Important)

  • Transfer of Ownership: Upon receiving the products, ownership and responsibility transfer entirely to the customer.

  • Signing upon Delivery: The team cannot leave before the customer inspects and signs the receipt notice, acknowledging the products are "free from apparent damage."

  • Refusal to Sign: Refusing to sign the notice clears the establishment from any responsibility for future damage claims.

6. Disclaimer for Delay 

  • We commit to timely delivery, but exceptional circumstances (customs delays, bad weather, logistical crises) may occur. The establishment bears no legal or financial responsibility for such unavoidable delays.
