Q: How long does manufacturing, shipping, and delivery take?
A: To meet your various needs, we have divided our products into two sections, and the delivery time varies based on the section:

(Collections Available Now) Section: These pieces are available and ready in our warehouses, and will be delivered to you within a short period not exceeding (10 business days).

(Collections On Demand) Section: These pieces are meticulously crafted and custom-made for you in Turkey. The manufacturing stage takes (30 to 45 days), and the international shipping to the Kingdom takes (20 to 40 days). The total expected duration for this section is (50 to 85 days).
Q: Does the advertised price include delivery and installation costs?
A: Yes, prices include professional delivery and installation services for customers within Riyadh and its neighboring governorates (within a distance not exceeding 100 kilometers).
Q: What if I live in another city outside Riyadh, is shipping available?
A: Yes, we provide shipping services to all cities in the Kingdom through specialized furniture transportation companies to ensure its safe arrival. (Additional shipping fees may apply based on the city and order size, which will be clarified upon checkout).
Q: Are the products inspected before being shipped to the customer?
A: Absolutely, all products go through a strict quality inspection phase before packaging and shipping to ensure they are free of any defects and fully comply with specifications.
Q: What type of wood is used in manufacturing the furniture?
A: We rely on solid natural woods or high-density wooden boards (depending on the design). All woods undergo advanced treatments to ensure their sustainability and resistance to warping.
Q: Do the fabric colors change or fade over time?
A: Dyes are selected according to global color fastness standards to minimize the effect of lighting. (Note: The actual product color may vary slightly from the displayed images due to differences in screen display settings and photography lighting).

A: Since the products are custom-made or specially imported based on your order, cancellation and full refund are only permitted within (24 hours) from the time the order is placed. After this period, cancellation is not possible as the manufacturing or preparation process will have begun.
Q: Do you offer maintenance service as an alternative to replacement?
A: We do not provide periodic maintenance services for furniture. However, if you face any issue that falls under "manufacturing defects" during the warranty period, it will be handled according to our approved warranty policy.

A: "Home Equation" is a modern e-commerce store. To offer these competitive prices for luxury products, we operate online and provide you with high-quality images, videos, and detailed reports for each product to ensure your experience is clear and fully guaranteed.

A: Yes, you can reserve products subject to stock availability and for a limited time, provided the total value of the product is paid in advance.
